Who we share information with
We share information only with services that help us run our work, and only as much as they need:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores enquiry form submissions.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. They are bound by their own privacy and security terms.
Children's information
The Young Storytellers course is for children aged 8 to 14. We collect a child's details only from a parent or guardian, with their consent, and we use them only to run the course. A child's story is published on Amazon only with the parent's or guardian's written permission, and the parent decides what name appears on the book. Parents can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete their child's information.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years so we can follow up on your request, and course records for up to 3 years after the course ends. Invoices and tax records are kept for as long as Indian law requires. After that, we delete the information or make it anonymous.
How we protect information
This site uses an encrypted connection (https). Access to enquiries and course records is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
